The Long After is a collection of eleven songs written over more than four decades, from the mid-1980s to the present. Most were composed as I was living through life's defining moments—love, loss, hope, change, and connection—then set aside as the years passed. Rather than leaving them behind, I returned to them with fresh perspective, creating new recordings that honor their original spirit while bringing them to life with rich, contemporary arrangements. Together, they tell a larger story about memory, reflection, and finding peace in the quiet stretch of time after life's most meaningful experiences. That's where the title comes from: The Long After.
